OCT Bao’an OH BAY, Shenzhen Urban Vitality Center of the Year This transformative waterfront development is the first of its kind in the Shenzhen Greater Bay Area — a mixed-use public park district that brings together nature, culture, and commerce. With pedestrian-friendly design, immersive public spaces, and a bold architectural vision, OH BAY has redefined the urban waterfront experience for Shenzhen’s Bao’an District. Vanke Chengdu Co-Innovation and Cooperation Center Future Office Space of the Year As a new benchmark for future workplace environments, this project blends high-end office towers, retail, and serviced apartments into an open, human-scale development. It embodies our belief that sustainable, flexible, and inspiring design can support both economic activity and everyday quality of life. These awards reflect our commitment to designing places that are innovative, inclusive, and future-ready.
