Laguarda.Low Architects was selected in a design competition to lead a master plan for OCT Nanchang. In a city known for its ecological environment and rich cultural history, the plan represents an innovative approach in a promising area. The master plan will create a mixed-use destination with a cultural center, hotel, retail, plazas, and open space. Taking advantage of an adjacency to Xianghu Lake, a winding water village completes the vision.
