Currently under construction, this mixed-use master plan project is an exemplary model for thoughtful, human-scale development. Program elements include; residential projects planned around the site, and a new town center with retail, office, hotel, restaurants and entertainment. The addition of layered landscape design brings the outdoors in, carefully integrating the site’s natural assets. A canal with shade trees in the center of the village and a watercourse within the mall directly tie to the traditional water gardens and canals of Shunde, creating the perfect balance of old and new.

In unison with the client’s Happy Valley amusement park to the south, OCT Shunde is certain to be a sought-after destination.
