Architect, NY, NY: Collaborate with a diversified team of architects/consultants/specialists/clients in all phases of design/documentation/implementation for various scale projects including large-scale and complex mixed-use commercial projects; Design/review/implement phase documents from schematic design through construction documents; Use design techniques/tools/principles involved to produce precision technical plans/ blueprints/drawings/models; Conduct 3D design & modeling, visualize projects by creating diagrams/drawings/2D&3D rendering presentations; Provide final construction plans/aesthetic representations of the structure or details for construction projects; Develop green or sustainable design elements to implement them in projects, and meet with clients to review or discuss architectural drawings.  Req.: Master of Architecture & New York State Architect License; Sound knowledge of sustainability building structure/construction/environmental design; Expertise in large scale mixed-use commercial projects; Strong skills in hand sketching/illustration, architectural design & 3D post-production presentation techniques; Proficient in Rhino/Revit/AutoCAD/Grasshopper/Sketchup/V-ray/Maxwell & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/Premier/After Effects).  Apply: employment@laguardalow.com
