A drone captures the progress at our 57,800 m² mixed-use project site in Monterrey, Mexico. Auriga is situated in the San Pedro Valley amidst a beautiful mountain range serving as backdrop. The design concept pays homage to the surrounding area with a series of interventions that aim to bring the outdoors in through a large central garden in the retail center. Elsewhere on site, office buildings and hotel respond to the complex through reinforced internal vehicular patterns, pedestrian promenade and outdoor plaza.
