East Gate Mall in Tirana, scheduled to open in December 2011, will be the first modern shopping center in Albania.

East Gate Mall is a 50,000 m2 multi-use commercial development that offers visitors an array of features including shopping, restaurants, and social/entertainment venues such as a cinema complex and fitness facility. Located in an area of considerable economic potential, the center will not only serve growing residential areas to the Southeast of Tirana, but will serve as a further stimulus to the local economy. Over a month before it’s open date, the center is already over 85% leased and has succeeded in attracting many new brands to open their flagship stores in Albania.

East Gate Mall, the first new shopping center in Albania, is scheduled to open in December 2011. The exterior facade is completed and work is now concentrating on landscaping and improving surrounding infrastructure to support the expected increase in vehicular traffic. The center is already over 85% leased and has attracted many new international brands to Albania.
