With 20 years of architectural experience as an educator and practitioner, Mr. Liang has extensive experience in large scale mixed-use projects, retail malls, office buildings, convention centers. Mr. Liang was a teacher at the School of Architecture of Tsinghua University in China for three years. Prior to joining Laguarda.Low Architects LLC in 2008, Mr. Liang spent 4 years as an Associate with HOK and 7 years with RTKL working on both international and domestic projects. Since joining Laguarda.Low Architects in 2008, Mr. Liang has been a design team leader and is responsible for and excels at designing, managing, and coordinating projects to meet all proposed requirements within the project time schedule.

He specializes in managing and serving as lead project designer on a variety of international projects, ensuring the utmost in quality and client satisfaction. Mr. Shippey has extensive experience with large scale retail and mixed use, office, hospitality and public projects, and excels in all phases of project development. His work has been recognized by a wide sampling of international awards and publications.
